How does personalization work?

You can personalize your slate product directly on the product page. Simply enter the desired name, text, or other information and view the preview. Your product will then be custom-made for you.

Is a stand included?

A stand is not automatically included. You can select a suitable stand when purchasing:

• Standard slate stand for €4.95
  
• Premium slate stand for €9.95
  

What is the difference between the standard and premium stand?

The standard stand is made of sturdy plastic and ensures that your slate product can be securely displayed.

The premium stand is of higher quality and made of metal. Due to its larger contact surface, it offers particularly stable support and looks more elegant overall.

Can I have the product gift-wrapped?

Yes. Optionally, you can select a satin pouch for €5.95 as an add-on. This makes the slate product perfect as a gift.

How long does delivery take?

As each product is custom-made for you, production time is usually 2–4 business days.

The subsequent delivery time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the shipping provider.

Can I return my order?

Since this is a personalized product, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

Should your slate product arrive damaged, please simply contact our support by email and send us a quick photo. We will take care of it as quickly as possible and will, of course, send you a free replacement.

Material

Our slate products are made from genuine natural slate. Each slab has a natural stone texture with slightly irregular edges, making each piece a unique item. The design is permanently printed onto the surface, ensuring a high-quality and long-lasting appearance.

Material thickness

The slate slabs have a sturdy thickness of approx. 8–10 mm, ensuring they stand securely on the matching stands.

Natural edges

As this is a natural product, the edges may be slightly irregular. This is precisely what gives each slab its special and high-quality character.
