Is every wood slice the same?
No. Since it is real wood, every wood slice is unique.
Grain, shape, and bark may vary slightly.
How is the wood slice attached?
The wood slice can be easily attached to the wall with a small nail.
No additional hanging mechanism is needed.
Can I hang the wood slice outdoors?
Yes, in principle, it is possible.
However, for long-lasting durability, we recommend a sheltered area, such as under a roof or on a covered patio.
How long does delivery take?
Since each wood slice is custom-made for you, the production time is usually 2–4 business days.
Shipping then follows (usually 1–3 business days).
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible for personalized products (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
What happens if there are damages?
Should your wood slice arrive damaged, please contact us by email and send a photo.
We will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Your order will be individually produced after payment is received. Production usually takes 1–2 business days. After that, we hand your package over to DHL. Shipping within Germany takes approximately 1–3 business days, and to Austria 2–3 days longer, as it is first handed over to Austrian Post.
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If your shirt is n't yet in production , we can easily make changes. If it's already being printed, unfortunately, we can no longer modify it.
Don't worry! The preview is just an example image . Your T-shirt will be printed exactly as you entered it .
Please refer to our size chart when ordering. As personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB), we will gladly offer you a discount on a new order if you order the wrong size.
Please note that unisex sizes may run larger.
Please allow DHL a few days. Should the status of your shipment not change for an extended period or should your package be lost, we will of course arrange a free replacement for you.
