How does personalization work?

You can easily personalize your acrylic glass directly on the product page. Enter your desired name, text, or other details and preview how your design will look. Your acrylic glass will then be custom-made for you.

How long does delivery take?

Since each acrylic glass is produced especially for you, the production time is usually 2–4 business days.

Shipping then follows. Delivery time is usually 1–3 business days, depending on the shipping provider.

Can I return my order?

As this is a personalized product, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Each acrylic glass is custom-made according to your specifications.

What happens if my acrylic glass arrives damaged?

If your acrylic glass arrives damaged or scratched, please simply contact our support team via email. It's best to send us a quick photo of the product.

We will take care of it as quickly as possible and will, of course, send you a free replacement.

Is a stand included?

The wooden stand is optionally available and is not automatically included.

You can easily add it as an add-on for €9.95 when purchasing, so you can display your acrylic glass right away.

Is the acrylic glass sturdy?

Yes. Acrylic glass is significantly more robust and shatterproof than normal glass. At the same time, it provides a particularly clear and high-quality look with brilliant colors.

Is the acrylic glass suitable as a gift?

Yes, due to the personalization, each acrylic glass becomes a particularly personal gift – perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, or other special moments.

The acrylic glass is made of high-quality material, on which your design is printed with razor-sharp precision.

With a size of 20 × 30 cm and a thickness of approx. 3 mm, it appears sturdy, modern, and particularly high-quality.
