Here's how it works:
1. Select the number of people:
Do you want to design just one figure or several? Choose whether your design should show, for example, Dad with two children, siblings, or the whole family.
2. Choose a name:
Enter the desired name that should later appear on the design – e.g., Dad, Leonie, Noah, or a nickname.
3. Upload photo:
Upload a clearly recognizable photo of the person(s) you would like to have made into block characters. Ideally, the image should show the face clearly and show typical hairstyle or clothing.
4. Select equipment & accessories:
Should the figure carry a sword, a pickaxe, or perhaps armor? You decide! Optionally, you can also add small extras like animals, items, or special elements.
5. Choose a background:
Choose your favorite background – e.g., forest, cave, village, Nether, fortress or end level with dragons – all in a matching block outline style.
6. Get a preview:
We will create your individual design and send you a preview for approval.
7. Printing & Shipping:
If you like everything, we'll print your chosen design in high quality on your selected product – directly in Germany and delivered quickly!
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be individually produced after payment is received. Production usually takes 1–2 business days. After that, we hand your package over to DHL. Shipping within Germany takes approximately 1–3 business days, and to Austria 2–3 days longer, as it is first handed over to Austrian Post.
I entered the wrong size/color/name – can I still change it?
Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If your shirt is n't yet in production , we can easily make changes. If it's already being printed, unfortunately, we can no longer modify it.
I saw an error in the preview – is the T-shirt incorrect?
Don't worry! The preview is just an example image . Your T-shirt will be printed exactly as you entered it .
My T-shirt is too big/too small – can I exchange it?
Please refer to our size chart when ordering. As personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB), we will gladly offer you a discount on a new order if you order the wrong size.
Please note that unisex sizes may run larger.
My package hasn't arrived yet – what can I do?
Please allow DHL a few days. Should the status of your shipment not change for an extended period or should your package be lost, we will of course arrange a free replacement for you.
I received a damaged shirt – what now?
This shouldn't happen! Please send us a photo of the damaged area. You will, of course, receive a free replacement.
Can I order on account?
Yes, that works via Klarna. You should receive an email from Klarna with the payment details after placing your order. Please also check your spam folder.
