The delivery timeframe consists of two periods.

Within 12-24 hours of receiving your order, it will be reviewed and approved. Once the order is approved in our system, production will commence. For products with personalized processing, it takes approximately 1-2 days to produce the product, ensure its quality, and package it.
2) Delivery time (approx. 3-7 working days, depending on the country):

How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:
1.) Insured shipping (with tracking) - Insured against theft, loss or damage to the package for €4.95
2.) Free insured shipping (with tracking) - Insured against theft, loss or damage to the package for orders over €39.
Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, as the packaging and processing process of your order begins immediately upon receipt.
